Bus Information and Registration - UPDATED on August 3, 2021

We have received notice from District 64 that they will be providing bus service for St. Paul students in grades Kindergarten through Eighth grade for the 2021-2022 school year. The district determines who qualifies for bus services. All buses will require face coverings at all times on the bus regardless of vaccination status. Volunteer Compliance Checklist - Protecting God's Children 
We look forward to seeing more of you at school this year in the capacity of volunteering. Per the Archdiocese of Chicago and the State of Illinois requirements, there are mandatory items that need to be completed before we can have anyone work with children. Therefore, an explanation of the requirements are listed here.

Our online system called FACTS will help manage tuition accounts as well as all applications and enrollments. Within FACTS, you will be able to submit all required forms, with the exception of the health forms. You will turn in your required health forms directly to the school office. 

The following forms are required for the 2021-2022 school year and will be submitted directly to the school office. 

Physical Examination Information and Form   Must be submitted by August 1, 2021
*Required for Preschool, Prekindergarten (if new to SPC), Kindergarten and 6th Grade; all new and transfer students in any grade.

Dental Examination Information and Form  Must be submitted by August 1, 2021
*Required for Kindergarten, 2nd Grade, and 6th Grade; all new and transfer students in any grade.

Eye Examination Information and Form  Must be submitted by August 1, 2021
*Required for Kindergarten; all new and transfer students in any grade.
