Bus Information and Registration

We will update this as soon as we receive updates from District 64 since they are currently starting the 2020-2021 school year with Remote Learning only.

*D/64 Bus Registration Form (grades Kindergarten through 8, D/64 residents only)

There is no bus service at 11:30 a.m for Half Day Kindergarten students; there are also days when there will be no bus if SPC is in session, but D/64 is not. This service is provided only for D/64 residents. For more information from District 64 about bussing, please click here to access their webpage.

Volunteer Compliance Checklist - Protecting God's Children

We have launched a new online system called FACTS that will help manage tuition accounts as well as all applications and enrollments. Within FACTS, you will be able to submit all health and other required forms. As a reference for required health forms, please see in the chart below.  

The following forms are required for the 2020-2021 school year and will be found on and submitted through your FACTS account. This is a reference only. 

Physical Examination Information and Form   Must be submitted by August 1, 2020
*Required for Preschool, Prekindergarten (if new to SPC), Kindergarten and 6th Grade; all new and transfer students in any grade.

Dental Examination Information and Form  Must be submitted by August 1, 2020
*Required for Kindergarten, 2nd Grade, and 6th Grade; all new and transfer students in any grade.

Eye Examination Information and Form  Must be submitted by August 1, 2020
*Required for Kindergarten; all new and transfer students in any grade.
