The Trio configuration aligns 3 identical units on a horizontal rail — each unit illuminates an area of approximately 8-12 m², providing considerable total coverage for long tables or islands.
Solo or Trio: for what use?
The Solo configuration (1 head) is designed for focal lighting areas: a bedside table, an entryway console, a reading nook, a compact 2-4 seater table, a standard desk. A single unit illuminates 8-12 m² — more than enough for these spaces. The Trio configuration (3 heads) aligns 3 identical cylinders on a single horizontal rail — ideal for long dining tables, kitchen islands, bar counters, long open-plan office desks. The 3 units create homogeneous lighting without shadow areas, with considerable total coverage for extended spaces.
What you receive
Installation tip. For the Solo configuration, hang the Berman above the center of the area to be lit (compact table, console, bedside table) with a clearance of 70-85 cm below the bottom of the cylinder. For the Trio configuration, center the rail above your dining table or island — the total length of the rail covers tables of 140-200 cm well. The 3 LEDs are synchronized and light up simultaneously. Natural light (fixed temperature between approximately 4000-4500K) is suitable for all daily uses: meals, reading, working, cooking, conversation.

Precautions and limitations. The Berman is a light fixture with simple and fixed operation: the height is not adjustable (fixed cable), the light is not dimmable (fixed intensity and temperature). If you are looking for these features, please refer to our Rhythm Nordic Dimmable or Éclats de Rhythm Dimmable pendants. The 220V voltage is not universal — check compatibility with your electrical installation before ordering, especially if you live or are installing in North America (110V). The integrated LED is not individually replaceable but its lifespan of several tens of thousands of hours largely covers several decades of standard use.
