Admissions Timeline

November 2, 2026Admissions is open to all current SPC families. Applications may be submitted beginning November 2, 2026; priority will be given to completed applications submitted by January 17, 2027. Current families will receive the application link via email on November 2.
December 1, 2026Admissions is open to NEW families. Applications may be submitted beginning December 1, 2026, and will be numbered in the order received. Priority will be given to completed applications submitted by January 26, 2027.
February 1, 2027Acceptance letters will be emailed, along with a link to complete the enrollment packet.
March 1, 2027All New Families are asked to pay a non-refundable $300 commitment fee, which will be credited toward tuition.
January 26–August, 2027Applications may be submitted for any remaining open spots; parents will be notified in a timely manner of their application and acceptance status.

UPON ACCEPTANCE:

Enrollment packets will be emailed to all families through our online enrollment management system, FACTS. Enrollment packets contain all of the forms that must be completed for the 2027-2028 school year. 

Complete FACTS Tuition online enrollment by March 1, 2027.

The following health forms (1-3) are required and due by August 1, 2027:

  1. Physical Exam: Required for all students entering Preschool, Prekindergarten (if new to SPC), Kindergarten, and 6th Grade.
  2. Dental Exam: Required for all students entering Kindergarten, 2nd, and 6th Grade.
  3. Eye Exam: Required for all students entering Kindergarten.
  4. Office of Catholic Schools Medication Authorization Form if applicable.

Submit completed Extended Day Program (EDP) registration form if applicable.

PRIORITY OF ADMISSIONS

  1. Currently enrolled students of families whose fee and tuition payments are up to date.
  2. Siblings of currently enrolled students of families whose fee and tuition payments are up to date.
  3. Children of parishioners not currently enrolled.
  4. Students transferring from other Catholic schools and/or students whose current parish has no school.
  5. Children from non-parishioner families.
