Get Ready For ROUNDBALL 2025!!!
SPC Roundball
The SPC Roundball Tournament is open to all students of good academic and behavioral standing in sixth through eighth grades. A school tradition since 2013, the ongoing success of the Roundball Tournament requires the combined efforts of the school, the Alumni Association, the Roundball committee, and the St. Paul of the Cross Men’s Club.
The SPC Roundball Tournament consists of two basketball tournaments for 6th, 7th, and 8th-grade boys and girls. Our high school-aged SPC alums return to their alma mater to coach the teams. The alums participating have just as much fun and friendly competition as the SPC students! The tournament also features a “Future Stars of Roundball” game for 5th-grade basketball players. SPC Men’s Club members serve as announcers and professional referees officiate. Awards are given for the champions, school spirit, and leadership.
High School Coaches
We invite all high school-aged St. Paul of the Cross alums to coach at the SPC Roundball Tournament.
ALL COACHES: As an applicant, I understand that I represent the team and the St. Paul of the Cross Parish Community. Therefore, my conduct as a coach must exemplify self-respect, self-control, respect for others, and sportsmanship.
Specifically:
• I will treat every athlete, coach, and official with respect.
• I will respect the decisions of the officials. I will offer no words, actions, or gestures of disrespect.
• I represent the St. Paul of the Cross Parish Community inside the gym and on the parish grounds.
